- Hello. I'm running a network of amigas. The server is an
- A3000-UX tower, the nodes are eight A3000's running AS225 Beta 3. My
- printer is a QUME HP-emulating laser hooked up to one of the NODES,
- not to the server.
-
- What I want to be able to do is print from any of the nodes to
- the printer; not only ascii files, but also Final Writer output and such.
-
- The best thing I can think of is to intercept stuff on it's way
- to PRT: and remote copy (rcp) it to the prt: device of the node that has
- the printer. Is there a way to do this? anyone have better ideas?

- I'm sorry if my terminology is wrong or if I've overlooked
- obvious solutions. I'm just an amiga enthusiast who got suckered into
- being a systems administrator by his school.
-
- I don't think anyone that has to comprehend unix in the line o
- work should get paid $5 an hour.
